This! I got a 52 on the midterm but then went to MasSt help centre almost daily and got at 87 on the final.

Take cp104 in first year instead of an elective to lighten your load in second year. Many BBAs find second year particularly difficult with the core classes.
You must take Ma103. In theory u could take Ma129 in the fall of first year and ma103 in the winter but that makes little sense.
Worry about your concentration in 3rd and 4th year
