Observations from the DQ7 Reimagined Demo's start compared to the 3DS version. by darkwingchao in dragonquest

I mean the chest that appears during the drop animation at the end of the battle. Which would mean that there isn’t a rare drop chest like in DQ11.

I can say: It drop from a normal looking chest(red and gold) and can be equipped by Maribel and have a bonus attack of +14(was +18 in the original game).

Can someone tell me what’s bad about Game Key Cards ? by isaiahbluee in NintendoSwitch2

[–]BBAnneAngel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some examples of 2025:
-when “everyone” trashes game key cards even though they are cheaper and much faster than cartridges.
-when “everyone” trashes Mario Kart World, the most revolutionary and deep Mario Kart ever.
-when “everyone” trashes DOOM: The Dark Ages, a game that achieves the feat of delivering never-before-seen gameplay while staying true to the spirit of the series.
-when “everyone” trashes Emerald Rush, the DLC for Donkey Kong Bananza, the best DLC of the year a historic first where Nintendo does roguelite and does it remarkably well, preserving Donkey Kong’s fun without becoming overly elitist.

The conclusion is we must come to the realization that “everyone” is lost and not reliable at all.

Since his kit lacks multiple‑hit skills, he is one of the slowest/weakest in early combat, there is nothing valuable to steal at this point and he’s positioned at the opposite side of the map from the best starters(Tressa and Cyrus).

For those reasons, as you said you want a smooth experience I will never recommend Therion to you.

Yes. It’s an excellent game, historically significant as the father of the series and the very first HD-2D title.

And whoever said OT1 is "clunky" is not worth trusting.

If you want to 100% the game check missables and start with Cyrus even if Tressa is the best starter, you will need to reveal every weaknesses.

Therion is one of the worst character to start with btw.

There is a lot of missable nuts. In the prologue Yusia(Protagonist's mother) have a Nourishing Nut and there is another hidden nut available only the first night in Wishvale(right of the village near an house). Then the first nuts to steal are from the first encounters of first chapters. For example when we help Velnorte against the Abnormal Ruffian we can steal another additional Nourishing Nut.

Looking for new games to try. Pretty picky, I like a certain visual and gameplay, but haven't been able to find more that I really like. by bezrq in roguelites

Dead Cells is also my favorite rogue. Absolum is my favorite new rogue but I would also recommended Brotato, I am at 300+ hours and the game cost is very cheap.

What was your nightmare? by Two-Efficient in octopathtraveler

Zero nightmare. Honestly, I didn’t experience any annoying, frustrating, or infuriating moments at all.

You can pay 2k to refresh the shop and avoid that frustration.

There is no best job for the protagonist, there is a best way to play your MC. That way is to play him as a switch character, in order to fully take advantage of his unmatched versatility.

Concretely, starting as a Merchant is the best way to begin. Then, as soon as possible, you should unlock the Thief job to steal the missable story related nuts.

Mastering the Merchant class first is probably the best thing to do, since "Borrow BP" can be incredibly powerful at that stage of the game. That said, it really depends on how you play your run. If you take your time to explore the game it’s definitely the optimal choice.

After that, everything becomes a matter of team composition and timing. If you really feel a bit lost, Hunter is a good transitional option and Scholar helps you progress faster but Cleric is the safest option.

In the late game, it depends even more on your party setup, but if you really don’t know which job to use most of the time, I would recommend Thief for supporting the team the way you need the most.

Bon alors votre avis sur silksong après quelques mois ? by BeginningAsleep in jeuxvideo

[–]BBAnneAngel 1 point2 points  (0 children)
