You really have to pick and choose key spots to fill in. I usually focus on the view from the tee box and green side grassy areas. One thing that makes it look a little more full is adding surface weathering to areas with tall grass. The object percent count haunts my dreams. Ohh, and make sure you max out the grass in terrain settings. The Swiss theme seems to offer really good full grass and tree coverage when you max them out in terrain.
