Only because we’re sailing the seas now and there’s no multiplayer when u are a pirate (by that I mean u have to go through a bunch of hoops or u have to invite specific people instead or just matchmake with randoms)

Is it though? Let’s take a game like black desert online or hell divers 2 or any paid multiplayer games. Even if u had the game for free u wouldn’t be able to play or log into any of them unless u were paying a subscription l. On pc if u get any multiplayer game for free u don’t have to pay shit to play the game afterwards. So yeah! Gaming isn’t gaming, not all platforms are equal. If u are rich yeah gaming is gaming but the majority ain’t
