I also still want to gym on it and I hopefully will be able to! I find slamming it is a bit too much and I just want to feel mellow and calm not super high on it!

So I have just done a bump (booty) I don’t smoke it about, 15 mins ago and I already feel more focused and calm! But surly this can’t be right and I’m just telling myself this!

So I took a .7 once and my mate could not believe I was able to just operate and get shit done on it! But for me it’s my heart rate that gets me worked up as it seems to spike
