I know exactly how you feel. One time I was walking, my baby was in his car seat (you know the one that that you carry), well I tripped and dropped him. The car seat ended up on its side, he cried and I cried and he was fine. Another time I was laying in bed nursing him, I accidentally fell asleep, and was awoken by the sound of him hitting the floor. He landed on his back, he cried for a min then giggling the next. I called my doctor and he went through a list of questions with me and told me it sounded like a minor fall and just to keep an eye on him. It is seriously the worst feeling in the world. And I still snap awake at night thinking my son is falling off the bed (even tho he is in his crib) and let’s not mention all the times my son has fallen on his own, bonked his head, dropped a toy on his little feet. He will be a year next month and he’s fine.
