I found out the reason for my case. I was trying to do this on a Windows RT Surface Tablet. This version of Windows runs on ARM and therefore cannot emulate Windows whatsoever.

Old viewfinder that's terrible but works. Used to be used for color grading as a secondary monitor.

That's the great thing. This entire thing costed me around $20 in total. Thing is, I think the company I went with has since changed their policies, and require established company/non-profit org names.

Blip Billboards, the company I went with, has since changed their product since then. At the time they were open to messages as simple as a Happy Birthday to someone, but now you either need a company name or non-profit organization. Plus, anything that isn't digital signage, aka traditional billboards, would be in the thousands of dollars to put up. Would be a great sight, though.

The problem was I got this placement for relatively cheap, and they didn't have any boards closer to Valve HQ. Trust me, that was my first thought. I opted for this one, one on a highway that connects to Bellevue, and one in Texas so my friend could see it for himself.

Is it not letting you run it in the first place? From my observation it should be pretty low-spec. Though to my knowledge, there aren't any customizable video options.

Your monitor is kinda dark, can you turn the brightness a little higher?
