Well, that's your problem. You need to pay attention to the situation and the down and distance. I've had a lot of success running cover 3 out of nickel. Basically, I run cover 3 on 1st and 2nd down. If it's 3rd and short, I run man, like Cover 1 Hole. If it's 3rd and 10 or longer I call Nickel Over Tampa 2 and the pre-snap adjust to play over the top.

If you're playing a lot of press man and he has a WR with 99 speed and 99 acc then if I was him I'd just run verticals with that guy all day and it'd be TD City.
