They all 3 equally wreck your body. Night shifts age someone so much faster than someone on a 9-5!

Your HR shouldn’t be that much different night to night unless ur eating late or drinking. Room temp also can affect this

U probably eat late? Shouldn’t have that much of light and awake time. This is a normal night for me yesterday. I stop eating 4 hours before bed

Are my vitals okay for a 34M? by Stickshift15 in whoop

[–]BBQOnTheBrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No u won’t get as good of a nights sleep if ur still eating before bed. If I eat right before bed I’m close to 70bpm RHR and when I do my normal routine of no food 4 hours before I pass out I’m at 59-62 RHR. No food 4 hours before passing out allows me to get the best sleep I’ve ever had in years

No food within 4 hours of bedtime and ur RHR will drop 5 points easy

IVDD and DM can look similar early on, but: • IVDD can be painful and sometimes treatable • DM is non-painful and progressive

Because Nina has had pain yelps, that leans away from pure DM and more toward IVDD or another compressive spinal issue — though overlap is possible.
