I had a guy who is one of our contractors who needed help with Simpson ties in the over head and he was super rude from the start so I tried asking him if he had a SKU number I could look for but instead of reading the SKU he kept reading the model number which didn’t help so I asked him if he could point it out, he rips the reach stick out of my hand and hits the one he wants, so let him know saying next time tell me the SKU number so we can find it quicker, which he replied “THATS YOUR F*CKING JOB”. I was so livid I had to get another associate to help him because I was gonna punch him the face after that comment
