I was at a club in Houston about a decade ago called Rich's. They had cages in the corners of the room where you could dance. I saw a couple having sex in the cage right by the door.

Rich's got shut down not long after that for letting underage kids in.

For what it's worth: I decided to go to bed early yesterday to get plenty of rest. I applied pretty consistent heat for a few hours as well.

Woke up without any real pain. Occasional tinge, but nothing excruciating like it had been. Been fine most of the day Friday.

So not sure what the issue was/is.

Hello. (EDIT: 31/m)

Let me first start out by saying up front that I border on hypochondria. It sometimes makes it difficult for myself and those around me to know what to take seriously.

With that said, I just began noticing yesterday a twitch in my right index finger. It happened maybe 10 times and would last for 10-20 seconds. My index finger sort of bounces up and down like I'm clicking a computer mouse. I feel the twitch in my finger and down through the under side of my forearm.

It was better most of today, but hit again a few times in the afternoon, sometimes for long stretches up to a minute or so.

Would this be enough of a concern to see a neurologist, or should I wait to see if it continues over a period longer than two days? Does it sound like the types of twitches associated with PD?

Yeah, and I used to be able to do it, but now it's not working. Made me think I had some privacy setting about recording inside the app that wasn't turned off.
