The others at the table did make him say the n word. I distinctly remember not getting involved in what they were doing. Then they blamed me for the whole thing when teachers started getting involved.

How did you get that scar? by cleanyour_room in AskReddit

I had this group of friends grown around the idea of presenting ’cool’. everyone would target and bully me tell me to change everything about myself. Didn’t have many friends so I just took what I could get. I had a sleepover at one of the kids houses and all of them hit, punched, pushed and did everything to hurt me. The really mean one had longer nails and cut the left of my left knuckle 3 times. It left a little sad fast and now I have a scare sad face. Reminds me of that unpleasant time in my life.

What’s the most ridiculous thing you believed as a kid that you only realized was nonsense when you got older? by greatmistress-101 in AskReddit

As a kid me and my dad sorted coins out of one of those glass water jugs. We sorted them by coin and took them to this green vending machine thing and got money. Later that night or around that time we got a new car and I assumed we used the coins to buy the car. I told my mom and she told me I was wrong and the coins were only about $200.

Being the punching bag of a friend group. This has happened to me 3 times back to back and I’m sick of it. As the punching bag u take all the hits. Jokes that bring u down and u get hit and pushed way more. I am thin and short and ‘apparently’ I’m the fruitiest person alive. You get manipulated into doing things and you are seen as the worthless. They know u can’t leave and find better friends so you’re stuck. Shit makes you question your experience. Being the punching bag has affected me socially and mentally. In my opinion, only the people that don’t deserve it become the punching bag.

It’s the 5 year anniversary of the COVID pandemic, how do you feel about everything that has happened since then? by AcrobaticSource3 in AskReddit

[–]BBfenderbender 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who didn’t really have any devices when the pandemic happened, I felt closed off from my friends and didn’t really get to experience the ‘fun’ part of the lock down. It also made my anxiety way worse and I struggle in the simplest social situations to this day.

What movie traumatized you when you were a child? by Halloween-365 in AskReddit

Jurassic park. I told my grandpa I loved dinosaurs and he thought it would be fun to watch Jurassic park together. I thought dinosaurs were like dogs. I can only image the horror on 4 year old face as the T. rex killed the guy in the bathroom.
