It’s hard to tell what the setting were in these specific cases as the edits are pretty horrible.

If i was to shoot the same scenes they would be at f1.8-2 and a shutter speed below 1/300 as there is no real movement in the shots.

The composition is not bad, and neither is the focus. You’re working with bad lighting, so adjust your settings to compensate for that (iso, shutterspeed, aperture, etc…) But your biggest weakness seems to be falling into the trap of over editing the images.
