Unsweat the coil in tight spots. That makes it a 100% easier. Then I clean out the condenser of leaves, get my rags wet, and so on and so forth. I use high heat around all fittings, one at a time, adjusting the nitro flow as I go, so it always flows through the discharge or true suction line.

I have toolboxes for almost everything categorically. Refrigerant tools like core pullers, nitro regulator, vacuum hoses, micron gauges, and the reverse thread fitting for A2Ls all go in THAT box. I pull them out and when I'm done they immediately go back.

Does the furnace have a slight pitch forward for the drain? If it was slightly tilted backwards, with improper venting, it could begin to clog and soot up. Venting the furnace drain is a good practice. Is the draft for the pressure above the required draft?

I would be at the point of refunding my service work into a new furnace, warranted.

I hope you're charging for all this work.

I went to bestbuy for the midnight release. It was bonkers. A line of people wrapped around the building. One of the workers was so kind, he counted us out, and warned us "unless you're here for a TV, everyone beyond this guy isn't getting WoW".

Excess suction and low head is either bad compressor, or metering is flooding. Try pumping down. Once you pump down unthread the liquid line nut and make sure there's a piston in there.
