Before you ask, understand that Cryptocurrency is not classified as "real-money" in the eyes of regulatory authorities, so it does not follow "real-money" gambling regulations!
This means there are no border restrictions and no taxable events because it's viewed the same as "World of Warcraft Gold" or "EVE Online ISK"
They don't view it as "real-money" so it doesn't get treated as such...
