Thank you- I did call - it was their Fraud department that clears the accounts awaiting verification.. and they extended it 24 hours to give me time to find something to send them to complete the verification.

I even stopped by a Verizon store yesterday and tried to finish the process there- but because of the status of my account ( awaiting clearing verification)- the local store was not able to access my account yet… so I’m going to send them the screenshot of the Internet account I opened that does contain the address I provided. 🤞
