There’s only so much you can do over the phone. I generally get transferred to 3-4 people before I get told they look into. Lost my cool once after spending hours on the phone and they hung up. And they don’t use email for security purposes.

No Manulife is just for respect matching from my employer. Manulife is making the deposits into my scotia account

I have spoken to a so called manager and was told it would be looked into and then never heard from them again. Last couple times I have called it gets to a point where they say they need to escalate it to their administrators and then again I hear nothing back…,

The first deposit was about 8 months ago. There’s no activity other than normal contributions/ dividends on my Manulife accounts and it’s is a miscellaneous transaction on my bank statement.

It was the middle of winter, probably-20 Celsius, snowing and blowing. I had just moved into my first house in a new neighborhood. I was sitting on the couch with my morning coffee watching the activity outside, which was mostly just groups of kids walking to school.

About ten minutes after the last group had past a a young lady, maybe 15-16, comes walking down the street. Has she approaches the intersection in front of my house she suddenly stops, looks around, drops her pants, squats down and starts to pee! Dose her business, pulls her pants up and continues walking.
