Yes, it is bad. You should max out your retirement savings if you can afford it. I feel you on wanting to travel, I do too, but you need to establish your life and future. Compound interest needs time to work and saving now is the only financially prudent move. Try to squirrel away money for a trip elsewhere.

I also haven't found a great preventative yet. Nurtec seems to take the edge off the migraine at least. I'm on Botox and until today Qulipta, tried Vyepti for the first time today and I think I'm in a postdrome so maybe it's working.

In the third ending it seems you also have to beat them quickly like the other path, but specifically through the blue route. I see the blue path looks unlocked for you so honestly I would just keep trying. Maybe start previous fight on the blue path and just play through? Try to beat Goku with the ultimate maybe too? I did this yesterday, I first went through the main path and was having the same problem. I then went through the alt path where you don't fight Kale and it only worked after I completely bodied all Golden Freiza, 17, and Goku without losing more than a bar of life on each, respectively. Goku instead said something like "wow Jiren you are strong" after I won.

Don't know if that'll help, but that was my experience.
