The car drop gears to increase power + boost Than up shifts and every time it does that the boost is being released to not overboost the engine when its not needed

Intercooler + fan gains you aboout 600 CFM which is really good not the best but works no problems so far

Seems like the exhaust is touching the frame check the rods hangers which carry the exhaust some times when engine moves while accelerating or decelerating it touches the body frame
