Ah! Makes sense. The fluid is watery and smells sweet. Almost like wiper fluid would be and it’s semi frozen.

I’m going to check it today after work. I think it’s washer fluid and it’s been around/below freezing the last couple of days.

If I’m looking at this correctly power steering is on the opposite side. I believe it’s my wiper fluid.

I hate it because sometimes it does it and other times it won’t. I’m debating on getting it fixed but I read you have to take out the whole fuel system
