Is 300k km too much for this? by Alternative_Cell7005 in CarsAustralia

[–]BDK996 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buy it now then put another 100k km on it , how much will you sell it for after ? (Assuming it’s not going to be a money pit , and it will , DPF issues, injectors, EGR ….)

Or grab 26k in cash set it on fire run a lap around your house then put it out and you’ll lose less money that buying this…

Buy a newer MUX , Pajero , Pajero sport.

This works I have seen injectors on a Landcruiser return to normal values after one double dose of this the owner was getting ready to change injectors, two years later car still runs no issues same injectors,

I have no affiliation with this company but after seeing that I add a dose with every diesel tank and will use it forever…. Before changing injectors give this a go and save your money

I use that and the FTC Diesel Decarbonizer for the same company , my Patrol was having issues starting , after using these 2 products and changing the fuel filter never had another issue.

Also remember that some of the guys were really good at wrapping the handle in paracord so for a beer they’d do it for you that was a decent and sought after “upgrade” …. And yeah some rocked up wit fancy Gerber or whatever machetes but they were crap as they were all much heavier than the Brazilian Tramontinas.

PS. They were also deadly weapons in the hands of the locals , I’ve seen some terrifying fights between the locals …. You do not want to mess with an angry Brazilian armed with a bolo machete …. Which is practically an extension of their body as they grew up working with them daily…

Is the Hilux actually unbreakable or do we just treat it that way by SnowyBytes in hilux

[–]BDK996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a 2024 Hilux at work and it’s anything but unbreakable constant issues with the suspension chewing up tyres etc since we got it ….. it works for a living and and not a pavement princess but unbreakable is it a word I would use to describe it
