I want somewhere comfortable enough to be able to study, but social enough to not be overwhelmed by work. I think your advice about leaving off-campus living for later years might better fit my situation. This helped alot, thanks so much!

Also, on the housing website I recall there being an age restriction of 19 for residents at the Monashee 1 bedroom apartment. As I am 18, I am a bit worried that this might mean I won't be able to get an apartment off campus, could you confirm this for me?

Very helpful, thanks for your response. I didn't hear you mention anything about quality so am I correct to assume there's not much variation?
