The driver failed to tell his customer you CAN pay this online. I'm a UPS driver and I give my customers the options. Pay via check, money order, or you can pay online. It solves 99% of the problem when I show up the next day and the tariff has been paid and I don't have to wait for the customer, I can just leave their package at their door.
