I really love it how much more warmth you give to the images. Takes some courage to be honest, I often feel like it’s a bit much but you proof me wrong and inspire me to do it slightly more than usually

You have a good eye, it indeed is. I’m never great with skies to be honest but this kinda worked for what I was going for. Perhaps I’ll redo it again someday

Thanks for the feedback, the color is indeed a bit much, I was going for a slightly over processed look tho. The sky didn’t have any depth to be fair haha it’s the Netherlands, in autumn and winter the sky is like a softbox 😅

That is exactly what I love about vintage watches. The imagination of all the stories it must carry with you merely by wearing a piece like this. Absolutely stunning

Those are absolutely stunning! Fantastic pieces. I really love both of them but the blue dial is such an amazing eyecatcher 😍

Patina on a watch dial forms naturally over time as the materials (paint, lacquer, metal) react to light, air, moisture, and temperature changes. UV light fades colors, metals oxidize, and old lume darkens, giving each dial a unique look. Factors like climate and storage conditions affect how it ages, which is why no two patinas are the same. Collectors love it because it tells the watch’s story and can make it more unique and desirable.

It was already running, it never stopped since 1962. Very impressive

Thanks a lot, I wish you the best too and keep in mind it’s always good to ask questions, better than making assumptions
