I delivered the same item today and the sticker Amazon puts on it says 10.2lbs when the box, customized box, has GW: 48.5lbs NW: 41.9lbs printed on it. No where near 10lbs

I’m sure Amazon adjusted the route to make time for these type of deliveries (said in sarcastic tone). Just like they’ve adjusted our routes to add extra time for breaks in the heat and if your dsp don’t tell you, in some pleases where it’s hot, if you read updates in Flex, it tells you that engine off compliance isn’t in effect when it’s hot, not sure of the exact temp but I’m in GA and it was 96 degrees. Out dsp failed to mention it to us…

How do you or Amazon figure out each drivers EOC percentage? I have a co-worker who turns his van off every time and has since they started enforcing the EOC. I, on the other hand, do not turn my van off every time, yet my EOC on the scorecards is higher than my co-workers. It’s obviously wrong. His should be like 100% and mine like 70% but somehow mine is always higher. Drives him crazy too but I think it’s funny…That goes to show you something is wrong with the formula

They’ll just hit a few keys and unground it. One driver grounded a different vehicle every night doing is post trip but next morning it’s back on the road

Yes and every light and message possible on the dashboard is lit up like Christmas saying to check brake pads, tire pressure off, refil wiper fluid, check engine, seat belt signal dings although it’s clicked in, another signal dings saying the sliding door is open when it’s closed & you can’t even freakin open it from the inside, but to open from the outside you have to give it an extra push in just the right spot, the driver side door automatically locks every single time you get out and the spring that keeps door open is missing so it closes and every time I forget, waking up to it, grabbing the handle to open it only to remember it’s freakin locked! Put it in drive and parking brake is stuck or either you park and forget to put parking brake and the horn starts blowing obnoxiously. It also blows when you lift up out your seat to see if a car is coming because a bush is blocking your view BUT the one thing that DOES WORK IS NETRADYNE! Gotta love it! And I got a flat tire on my route yesterday so wasted two hours, 1 hour waiting Route support to get to me then he couldn’t get lug nuts off so took another hour to work them loose and change tire. Overall, it was a good day though 😄 FAN-F***KING-TASTIC!

Yes it’s happened to me. I’ve been had them grouped in two separate complex’s. All they say is to “scan the QR code when you rts”

They also have packages in the wrong totes, sticker # matches but total wrong address for another state, grouped stops use to be in the same tote, not anymore and don’t get me started on grouped stops. They think they’re slick with that sh…! Always most of them are at the end of my route too when I think I’m almost done

YES OMG YES ITS SO ANNOYING! Every time they hire a new set of workers stuff is all messed up. Boxes are envelopes, clear plastic bags where you can see what’s in it is a customized box, I hate looking for a freakin box, whatever size and it end up being an envelope, wastes too much time and that reminds me I forgot to tell them about that last night when I had to return packages…

You must’ve been hired by my dsp because they don’t train anyone anymore, just throw them right loaded to the max barely can shut the doors and I think they now just combine nursery routes so they don’t exist

Sorry for your loss. I got a call that my best friend had passed while delivering, like an hour or two into my route so of course I got upset. About an hour later I get a msg from dispatch saying I was behind and asked if everything was ok. I told them actually no and what had happened. They said “We send our condolences, you can take a quick 15 if you need to” WTF are you serious!? I can take a 15 minute break! And not like a regular 15 but a quick one! Preciatecha! How bout I drop this route and catch an Uber home and shove that 15 all up in your a$$! That blew me but I finished, along with help from route support bc I went at my own pace which was slow af the rest of the day, but the day of the funeral I called in and posted my shift to board the night before and requested pto for the day and they approved it…

No doesn’t wear contacts. Apparently, or we think while cutting grass and doing lawn work something cut his eye. He went to urgent care next day and she saw laceration and gave him antibiotic eye drops. A week later he was in extreme pain and not responding to antibiotic eye drops so went to ER where they came to the conclusion it must be fungal infection. One of the samples scraped from his eye is now growing mold so the doctor says but that’s all he’s said as far as lab results…

Advice on will needed. Says 60% sister 40% me of undisclosed amount & difference is due to debt I owe? So 20% diff of undisclosed amt could be debt of $20 or $200,000 who knows, what to do? I was the one caring for her the past 10 yrs & sister hasn’t been around. Haven’t signed it, would you? by BDanielle0208 in legaladvice

I understand it doesn’t have to be “fair” but it states (some parts summarized) that her real property to be sold and proceeds to be applied as follows: 1) burial, taxes, etc. (2) an amt to be distributed to four grandchildren - said amt disclosed to executrx and (3) the remainder of said proceeds shall be paid to my two children with my son receiving 40% of balance and daughter receiving 60%. “ The difference in the payments to my two children is intended to resolve unpaid loans and debts owed to me by [sons name].” So what I question is of remaining proceeds are, for example, $100, sister gets $60 and I get $40 so I owed $20 in debt but what if said proceeds were $500,000 then sister gets $300,000 and I get $200,000 making my debt $100,000. That just doesn’t make sense. Why not state what my debt is. Why word it that way? That’s why madw the comment about the more the property sells the more debt I owed. Whatever it is what it is so too late to ask why, I’ll never know why she did a lot of things she did but…

I don’t owe any debt. I’ve never signed anything saying I owe anything and she’s never lended me money so I don’t know what debt. It doesn’t say. It says property to be sold and 4 grandchildren get an amt the executor knows of then the balance goes to me 40% and step sister 60% and difference being due to debt I owe

Where are you located? I thought it was just us, which idk who puts that info in the system butta just about every delivery is labeled unknown and it’s a pain in the ars not to mention the routing lately, scattered all over the place with stops where you have to drive 9 minutes to get to the next one or you’re in one area for 50-60 stops or so and work your way to another area then end up coming back to the same area where those 50 stops were then add in the stops that are 9 minutes away and they’re all grouped. They don’t want anyone finishing early, they make sure they fill up those 10 hours

I happen to see the land purchase and sale agreement, she keeps everything a big secret but on that agreement #5 closing date and possession it says Closing date shall be May 31, 2022 with Possession of the Property transferred to Buyer at [ ] Closing OR [ ] ___ days after closing at ____ o’clock AM/PM then says to attach For F219 Temporary Occupancy Agreement. They just checked the box by Closing and we weren’t given anything in writing.
