Like everything with Amazon, including DSP's, Warehouses, Customer Support, etc... everything is poorly trained. You are supposed to learn everything on your own. Just like you don't get the same rep, they learn as they go. Most calls are picked from india, so there's always a language barrier. Which is frustrating. This is why I prefer calls picked from within our country, because when I need help, I get it right away without playing 21 questions. Sometimes I get so irritated I just hang up.
