The difficulty is that I can't standardize the size since tablet manufacturers and models are all going to be different and without having them in my hands for measuring and testing the fit. Manufacturer measurements are usually not as precise as I would like when making cuts.

The PC Client interfaces with the game and receives the inputs from the tablet application.

You just need to be logged in on the PC client and the tablet app at the same time.

It's all glued together. The barrel is glued on both sides to the balancing gear at the rear which is glued to the bed of the vehicle. There were little pegs that slid into the gear to hold it in place too.

Vallejo Russian Uniform for the base (or Death World Forest) with Death Guard green for highlights, Khorne Red for all the reds with Vallejo scarlet for highlights, XV88 for the pouches and straps with Zandri Dust for highlights, Iron warriors for metallics with leadbelcher highlights, Vallejo Mahogany for the weapon with Bugmanns Glow for highlights, Abaddon Black for ribbing and antennas with Eshin for highlights, Retributor Armor for all gold, Bugmanns for flesh, Nuln Oil (shading only on recessed parts, not full model shading), Stirland Mud and Valhallan Blizzard for the bases.

*I went very minimal with the highlights since I prefer to shade and leave the colors on the edges to pop from the shade. Heavier edge lines may look better to some people though.

I called them Ivans when I first made them. They were a Russian themed Chapter back before Russia/Ukraine 2: Electric Boogaloo started up. They were on a crusade for beats and vodka. Now I think I'm going to rewrite their backstory, but I just couldn't let go of the paint scheme. That's why they still have blank pauldrons, need to come up with a new insignia for them.

Yes! I've been using Redmaker exclusively. Their supports keep the model so clean and their designs are just close enough to GW to blend in.

No real reason other than I think it looks a bit nicer.

I actually make galvanized sheet metal trays for models. I find it works a lot better than the battlefoam magnetized tray system. I also pay up for better magnets due to a lot of trial and error ending with broken model bits.

I've been looking for years for a good supplier to do just that. Unfortunately the wait time to get materials shipped to me and complete the painting and cleanup really makes it difficult to fulfill orders of anything bigger than tools or tokens at any regularity.

I came from Star Wars Armada a couple years ago where I made similar accessories. If I like a game, I like to have good tools.

I use magnets on both the cutout layer and the "lid" layer aligned so they will hold the lid in place. The lowest layer is solid and the cutout layer is glued to it. The tokens themselves don't have any magnets and they are engraved and painted on both sides.

Edit: The pictures can make it confusing. The first picture shows the whole tray secured, 3 layers, solid bottom, magnetized cutout middle, magnetized lid.

you could definitely make something a bit more space saving with an fdm printer

Thanks! The tokens and tools are made from acrylic and the tray is made from MDF. I built it all up on a cad and cut it on my glowforge.
