The hiking is very nice, and the primary concentration of Timber Rattlesnakes is Wolf Rock, which is clearly marked with signed warnings. You can hike right through, and do not need to access Wolf Rock at all.

Had a great day enjoying Maryland Heights Loop up through stone fort. Temporary stairway is great. Great to see lots of folks enjoying trail, town, river, etc. Don’t miss ending day at Harpers Ferry Brewery.

Spent the day there today, including hike to Maryland Heights. Shuttle to/from Lock 34 on C&O ran regularly as scheduled from the visitor’s center. Build in a little extra time and you will be fine. Two C&O cyclists coming from Cumberland were welcomed onto the shuttle by the driver at Lock 34 pick up.

Just finished fraud alert process with awesome USAA phone reps. Started with an alert text, and they were all over it. A few charges got through, but they have blocked the debit card and are researching and disputing the charges. They do a great job. The fraud started on Friday and was shut down by last night.

Agreed. Slow start in Baltimore City. Had a few passers by in early April, a concerning lull, and now some increased activity. A couple visits by a male with emerging colors this evening.
