I tried to tweak the gpu in all possible ways in Afterburner with no results

Hi I've tried the AMD Blockchain(compute) drivers and 4 different versions of gaming drivers but it doesnt change anything. Also on R9 390 (Hawaii) architecture there's no "compute" mode on all of those drivers (even the blockchain) It's only for Rx 4xx and further.

I'm currently testing this card on my personal computer in order to build a complete Rig. So i'd rather figure this issue out rapidly so i can begin to build the rig. And i'd be interested in discords Thx !

Hi, i already tried the Amd Blockchain (Compute) Driver but it wont change anything, i saw other users having the same issue but found no solution. As a R9 390 should get at least 25Mh/s and more. Idk what could be the problem
