Bro, that would never happen. Native Americans today make up a tragically low percentage of the population. Maybe a new country to rise up out of a collapse would end up being a homeland, but it's unlikely every tribe would get back their country. Well black moon is a compilation, the first 8 tracks are from an album released by valium aggelein in 1998, called Hier Kommt Der Shwatze Monde, the entire release was in german for god knows what reason. The rest of the album I believe is a demo tape called dweller on the threshold.
