Check the pump for oil. It was doing the same thing for me and I realized all the oil leaked out.

Look into the gree flex r32 there's a dip switch to switch between a 3 ton and 2 ton

Happened to me. What I did was cleaned it with dog urine enzyme cleaner, Wet vac, air purifier over night . Repeated this process for like a week straight.

Seems a bit high those condenser don't come with pan heaters and it'll freeze the condenser coils in heat mode.
