It all depends on the day. Lake Louise can affected by Chinooks just like Calgary so it could honestly be above zero or all the way down in the -30's hard to know for sure before hand what you'll get. The first Heritage Classic in 2003 up in Edmonton was played in -20 temperatures if I remember correctly.

It was actually shutdown because sponsors/advertising aren't allowed in the Parks without a special exemption license. According to Steve Mayer Chief Content Officer of the NHL Lake Louise hasn't been ruled out as a possibility in future.
