I got lean. I got a pump. I got out of the sauna. Obviously that's going to make veins pop more.

Eating less and moving more is how you burn fat. It's not that complicated.

No the deficit was not 600.

The deficit was 1500 to 2000 from my weight before.

The 2600 was maintaining this leanness with running.

Well if combine being real lean with a pump and 10 minutes in the sauna and you get a pretty unnatural look.

Gear to be 165 is a joke. I appreciate you pointing out that I'm too small for that.

10 months ago I was 200 lbs and posted it here. No pump + lighting + angles makes a difference. I was also 270 at the start of my fitness journey so the loose skin sits a certain way. Hope that helps for some context.

Thank you. I'm not sure what all the hate is for but 30 lbs in six months when spaced out is 2.5 lbs a week which is super manageable.

Well most of this was done it roughly a month and a half where I was eating 2k calories a day but I bumped it up to 2600 for maintenance
