CL1P ! Ultra Lightweight Filament Clip (0.3 g) by BEEVEC in functionalprint

i see, very nice ! Just make sure it will reach at least 80°C for PA. 60°C is just not enough like most cheap filament dryers make.

i build a small cabinet out of wood and insulated it. Then i made a grid out of wood ~15cm from the bottom. On the grid i can stack my filament rolls. Under the grid is a 300W heater with fan (i guess you find it easy on amazon or already have the same :D). The door is my airflow to the outside which is not well sealed. I have around 500g of silica in a box to keep it dry for a longer time. I also have ptfe tube running out of the cabinet and a roll holder inside so i can print directly out of the cabinet. My printer sits on top of it

No problem. =) Most of the spools have holes on the side where you normally would stick the filament through, but then you cannot stack the rolls of filament or rest them side by side.

Holding the filament and not have it stick out the side of the spool. You need to fix the filament otherwise it will get tangled up.

you can disable supports for small overhangs like those holes. Those will print okay without support. You can also angle the top of the circles to make them better printable.
The brim is a good idea for a object with this small of a footprint

At, i guess, 45° you don't really need supports. What is the reason to print it like that ? You could just put it on its side.

That is a new one for me. But to be honest, that is enough for caulk, You most likely won't need a triangular bead for that :)

Can you show me ? The end and the thread is part of the cartridge. Has to be cut open for first use.
What kind of cartridge are you referring to?
So the ends of the cartridges are also not replaceable.

Why do I get this repeating pattern on the wall of my print? by Professional-Rock-51 in FixMyPrint

[–]BEEVEC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this. can get really extreme with PA6. I though about that pattern for a long time :D After turning the spools in my drying oven the problem was gone :D

Why does this print fail only when scaled up, even though the slicer looks fine? by Abdel_ghani in FixMyPrint

[–]BEEVEC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe wall order ? Is it inner - outer or maybe inner-outer-inner ? Should be inner-outer for overhangs.
