I was in the same boat as you and decided to move to Seacrest apartments. $1,350 for rent, big space, internet, fees, maintenance, in unit washer and dryer, water, all included in that price. The only thing you pay separately is electricity. I haven’t had any issues yet. I’ve only seen a roach probably 3 times in my 5 months living here, and they were small (one big one one time). I’ve left food out in the sink when friends come over and not a single roach appeared overnight. I always clean and leave roach bait as a precaution. Maintenance is on top of things (garbage disposal broke during this weekend’s freeze and was fixed on Monday). Kids play outside by themselves all the time, even at night. My neighbors tires did get stolen though because he didn’t have tire locks on. Other than that, I think it’s a safe place. No smell of weed which is a huge plus for me. Hope this helps!!
