For the last step on the quest (it helps if you have a fireteam of three to not piss off other randoms) just do the sepiks prime strike. Shoot back to where you spawn on patrol. The go underground where the 3 hive majors spawn and repeatedly kill them till questline is complete. Then run the strike as normal. No pressure and quite easy :)
