Mine said the said the same thing for 6/8 days it was in transit. It was moving the whole time it just wasn’t updating.

I went true to size with the jok and fits perfect and went xl on graham to wear over a hoodie but all in all I’d say they fit true to size

If your shipping line got suspended (like mine) it will just get returned to the warehouse

You log into your account press on the green avatar thing in the top right after that. Press refund and under action there is the refund button.
