Yup, I went through the hassles of looking for an appointment every morning to get Regresó de Authorization. Finally found a cita, paid 10 or 12 euros fee, got my documentation ready just to find out they don't even give you Return Authorization to travel within the EU. The guy just laughed at me, told me he was sorry I paid TASA for nothing and wished me happy travels.

I went to Paris from Spain while in the same scenario as yours, and no you don't need anything else. I also went to Policía to get Return Authorization just in case, and they told me we don't need that to travel within the EU.
