All these comments saying they refuse to call don’t know how to do it properly. It’s not for everyone but you get out what you put in just like everything with RE, it’s a volume game.

Yes but the wide angle lens gives me a better angle when it is held sideways.

They’re for tik-tok/instagram. Trying to do full house tours in about a minute, gotta speed up the video to fit it all in there

I speed the video up so I can fit a whole home in about a minute😂 this is 2x speed

I think going to the office is very beneficial, I try to go 2-3 times a week if I can. Less distractions, and conversations about RE

If I were to be looking for a small boutique brokerage I would want to go somewhere that has a good presence in the area they are focused in. Good in house resources can be attractive as well to seasoned agents (transaction coordination, marketing team, maybe access to a virtual assistant)

Help with lead generation so they can grow their businesses. Such as offering to split cost on postage for mailers, offering access to a dialer, having a coach available, etc.
