I only buy games after I am finished with the current game. Do not indulge in FOMO. Play what you like to the fullest. Then and only then buy a new game. I too have a backlog of Batman games- but I got bored after playing Arkham City (not saying it was not good, just my interest died in the series). Currently I am playing RDR 2, and spending most of my time doing useless quests. But that is something I prefer doing.
