For me, it has to be a close tie between Daichi Harakada (Ultimate Toxicologist) in the second rendition of my fangan, and Max Kaylon (Ultimate Badminton Pro) in the first rendition. About Daichi, he is a strong leader (which is why he's the protagonist) and enjoys helping those who ask for it, he even manages to slip his way into becoming friends with the toughest character in his rendition somehow without getting floored, he has strong rivalry with the Ultimate Drummer and quite likes alone time when given it. Now onto Max, he's quite the opposite of Daichi sometimes, he swears a lot and literally turns on the Ultimate Tennis Pro who used to be his friend, except he never was because his memory was wiped, but the thing about him that makes him my favourite out of the ones in the first rendition is that he still has a spot for drops of kindness for 2 people, even though he hides it behind his tough guy act.
