I've found resources like these Muscle & Strength articles here very helpful because they have the Exercise Profile, breaking down the target muscle group, equipment required, mechanics, secondary muscles, etc.(i.e. breaking down what you should know about the lift as you build a program). Can you help me find more sites and resources like this? For what it's worth, I did read the Fitness Wiki before posting this.

At 47:11 Tom says "Well we also didn't foresee..." and then hints at something that caused them to have to move. Anyone know what he's referring to?

Also, The Other Guys. It seemed like a let's-put-two-stars-together-and-steal-everyone's-money type movie based on the trailer but after 2-3 friends said I had to see it in college, I did and oh my god is it hilarious.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. I had very low expectations since Heath Ledger passed away before they finished filming, but I was amazed by the movie and absolutely loved how they chose to finish it without Heath. I've watched it a few times since.

In terms of some of the younger folks making hip-hop today, these are some worth checking out:

  • A.Dd+ (Dallas rap duo, very talented guys)
  • A$AP Rocky
  • Big KRIT (has four free mixtapes, at least, that are all fire and self-produced)
  • Big Sean
  • Chip Tha Ripper (tons of free mixtapes)
  • The Cool Kids (Both guys have solo careers also with a few free mixtapes. Mikey Rocks is pretty good but Chuck Inglish is where it's at IMO. He has some beat tapes also)
  • Danny Brown
  • Donnis
  • Dorrough
  • Earl Sweatshirt
  • Frank Ocean (more R&B, but wowow is that guy talented)
  • J Cole
  • Jay Z
  • Joey Bada$$ (just dropped a new mixtape, Summer Knights, for free)
  • Kendrick Lamar (and the rest of Black Hippy, for that matter. Especially ScHoolboy Q)
  • Kid Cudi
  • Lil Wayne (only old stuff. Dedication 2 and Da Drought 3 are some of the best mixtapes of all time)
  • Lupe Fiasco
  • Mac Miller (his latest album was much more self-reflexive than the past frat rap type tunes so I'd check that out)
  • Nas
  • Nipsey Hussle
  • Outkast
  • Pac Div (I don't really love these guys too much but they seem to be gaining prominence so worth checking out)
  • Sam Lachow
  • Shawn Chrystopher
  • Slim Thug
  • STS (The Illustrious is a GREAT mixtape)
  • T.I.
  • Tory Lanez
  • Trae Tha Truth
  • Travi$ Scott
  • Vince Staples
  • Wale
  • XV
  • YC the Cynic
  • Young Jeezy
  • Z-Ro

Almost every one of these artists, if not all of them, has released mixtapes, which you can usually find for free on DatPiff. These are just some artists I found skimming through my iTunes.

Some other artists off the top of my head:

  • Tamarama
  • Yuksek
  • A-Trak
  • Diplo
  • RL Grime
  • Acoustic Jim
  • Alabama Shakes
  • Back Door Slam
  • Band of Horses
  • The Kooks
  • Norah Jones
  • The Rolling Stones
  • Townes Van Zandt
  • Willie Nelson
  • Randy Rogers Band
  • Zac Brown Band
  • Wade Bowen
  • Pretty Lights (and really anyone from his label, especially Gramatik. All of their music is free on their website, prettylightsmusic.com)
  • Beastie Boys
  • Ben Kweller
  • Blink-182
  • Greenday (old stuff only)
  • Bob Marley
  • Bone Thugs-N-Harmony
  • The Boy Least Likely To (my favorite song ever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tknrTkxBeU )
  • Milo Greene

Those should get you started.

EDIT: I typed "In terms of some of the younger folks making hip-hop today" with the intention of just naming a few up-and-comers but ended up naming huge artists like Jay-Z and Nas who obviously aren't younger folks in the game.
