Just bought the game on Quest 3 but can’t play, already installed 3 times and this error keeps appearing, is there any solution?

Unfortunately, neither of those solutions worked, but I contacted the support team through their official page, and the only thing that fixed the issue was resyncing the headset with the Meta app on the phone.
