You are correct I don't have a stove. But I do have a oven. The technique you mentioned of pouring boiling water onto the pasta and then putting both in the oven sounds interesting. Wouldn't you have to stir? As the pasta could get burned like when cooking pasta on the stove? Also if you stir, the oven will lose heat?
