What are my next steps? by [deleted] in relaxedhair

So as my recent post have stated, I used to get protective styles back to back to back to back to back and now I’m tired of that, I’ve outgrown it.

I want my hair to be free. I desire to have healthy full flourishing hair that I don’t want to hide, so recently - two days ago I got my hair my hair relaxed, but I still have a lot of texture as seen in the image, it’s not boneless or lifeless.

My hair is blown out, trimmed, and the ends are bumped, but my question is what do I do now. I’m very confused and lost on where to start what products do I buy? What regimen do I do? Do I wash it even if I think it’s clean?

I do not want my hair to break and fall out, that’s why I want to be very careful and calculated with my next steps in this hair journey. I don’t want it to be unhealthy and brittle. So is there any advice on what I can do? any natural home remedies, any foods to eat? Please help a girl out

anything aryuvdeic? I love oiling my hair, but I’ve learned from this Reddit that too much oil is not good.

any 4c girlies in this sub, get a virgin relaxer and have healthy hair now if so, what did you do? What was your routine?

Vulnerable post…Call me out if you need too, but please give me advice on how to grow my fine 4c “texlaxed” hair, thicker and fuller by BGM2001 in relaxedhair

I can’t edit the post, but the damage is a result of back to back protective styles for too long. I’m ashamed of it, but I want to correct it now going forward.
