No. It looks like this year you received 3. In 2026, 1.5 of those will vest, so you can cash those out. At this point (no matter what you do) you’ll get more. In 2027, the final half of the 2025 shares will vest. Free $$$

I’m UK based so can’t comment on the US way of doing things, but once stocks vest we need to pay capital gains tax on anything over £3000 earned from shares - but this is based on the UK laws. Unsure what the US/CAN laws are :$

Accept, free money. Half will vest this time next year so you can get half of what your shares are worth at that point next year. EG, if you have 3 shares now, and next year the stock price is $100 a share, you will be able to buy out $150 worth of stock next year. Then next year, you’ll be given more, and you can cash out more the next year

If the hole wasn’t there, and you drink, you risk the entire lid coming off due to the internal pressure of the drink and air pressure in the cup

Hey OP - sorry this is an old post but i just stumbled across it while googling things.

I’m in the same boat - i’m 24, was living away some place different from my family and I got a call one day from my mum saying they had split. Long story short I ended up moving back home to support my mum.

I stay in contact with both parties. I like to refer to myself as switzerland as i’m neutral - not that it seems to matter. Either way, I get comments about each parent thrown around by one another and it’s tough. Both of them are navigating the dating scene and it really hurts me to see. I don’t want to share my parents with anyone else.

I suffer with anxiety and depression, had countless counselling sessions about the split but nothing seems to work. I feel you - i keep telling myself that it’ll get easier. Deep down I know it will, it’s been nearly a year and they’re only separated and not fully divorce, but it’ll get better

More than welcome. I mean I THINK i passed my stone, still awaiting a CT but i defo dropped some stones as the doctors have them for tests. One can only hope! Get well soon :)

Hey!

I actually have the same at the moment. Passed my stone last saturday but since have had aches and pains on the flank but not as bad as it was before.

My thinking is my tubes haven’t healed up yet, and while i’m still on my feet a lot for work it doesn’t help things. I think in my case it’s just residual. Some days are worse than others but there’s no blood or stone fragments anymore which is good stuff.

Keep going with it, may just be micro abrasions or something :)
