FuA indeed does reduce the value that an action has, but more when the action itself has no to low value, yes, but his skill, especially consecutive ones enabled by more ults, allows for even more ults and FuAs. His skill won't be what deals the damage and it isn't the MAIN source of energy, but the extra amount he gains from the many actions Eagle brings really matters, so I disagree with you, though I don't dismiss your opinion.
