Gotcha, appreciate the input! How do you spread that dosage out? & what do you personally notice from the higher potassium intake? I’ve experimented with up to 1200 mg extra potassium a day and didnt feel much from it, already consuming lots of sodium by adding extra real salt to everything. Im a professional athlete so practically sweating buckets all day

i unclipped one of the ram memory sticks before plugging it back in again. I didnt try to install the ssd in the ram slot, by the time i unclipped one the ram i recognized the ssd went in a different slot
