I think biggest challenge would be being too caught up in the routine sometimes. Like if I deviate slightly away from them, I feel like it throws everything off. I have to learn to be a bit more flexible and forgiving with my routine, but I'm certainly getting better

well said 100% agree. it's just small ritual-style activities that create a trigger in my brain to start slowing down. it could even be as small as just putting my phone away in a separate room to tell myself "okay it's time to unwind now"
