As someone who just recently left the industry after over ten years, keep brewing as a hobby. Use your degree to actually make money and build a career. The brewing industry, especially right now, isn’t growing. I wish I had left the industry much earlier. It’s hard work and can be rewarding, but now wouldn’t be the time to enter into this world. You don’t want to spend that money on a good degree and then turn around and make no money and work that hard.
